Wayne Julien’s life was focused on caring about others before himself. In his namesake foundation we bring together selfless people’s unique contributions to innovatively help others reach their potential.
Innova is a nonprofit program within the Wayne Julien Foundation. Our mission with Innova is to help those less fortunate gain access to successful leadership mentors and provide unique business venture opportunities.
Innova means “innovation“ in Spanish. Innovation is “a change in the processes by which an organization transforms labor, capital, materials, and information into products and services of greater value.” Innova works hard to lift people out of poverty and we attribute our success to the idea that we gain success by helping others gain success.
